Monday – January 15th
- 8:00am – 5:00pm Owner’s Arrival & Registration
- Owners will be arriving all day at their allotted time slot. Upon arrival, guests will stop by Check in #1, where a Jayco team member will escort them via golf carts to their campsites. After guests are settled, they will walk over to Check in #2 for their registration. There, they will receive their swag bags and instructions for the week. (Check in #1 and Jayco Area)
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm Jubilee Kickoff & Group Photo
- The Jayco team will be introducing all staff members for the week, as well as ambassadors on site. Guests will be given further details, including instruction on the scavenger hunt, locations of key areas and more. And then a quick group photo! (Main Tent)
- 6:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner – Food Trucks
- Food trucks will be on site and free to all guests, daily, for dinners. (Food Trucks)
- 8:00pm – 10:00pm Bingo, Music & Campfires
- Night one is going to kick off with rounds of bingo, and plenty of gift cards up for grabs! Music will be around the main area, as well as campfires. (Main Tent)
Tuesday – January 16th
- 8:00am – 9:00am Coffee & Donuts
- Coffee and donuts will be available daily. (Main Tent)
- 8:00am – 2:00pm Kids DIY Craft Table
- Crafts will be available daily for kids to swing by throughout the day and do on their own. (Main Tent)
- 9:00am – 11:00am Ice Breakers
- Guests will play games and get to know RVers camping all week at the Jubilee! This will be a great time to make some connections and new friends, and start to talk to ambassadors. (Main Tent)
- 11:00am – 4:00pm Meet & Greet Ambassadors
- Ambassadors will be available to meet and greet, take photos with and learn more about the ambassador program. (Jayco Area)
- 1:00pm – 4:00pm Create Your Own Campsite Flag
- Blank flags and a full station will be setup to decorate a campsite flag to flaunt all week! Guests can bring any additions they want to add to their flag. (Main Tent)
- 4:00pm – 6:00pm Free Time
- 5:00pm – 6:00pm Yoga – It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere
- Join Jayco Ambassador, Gwendolyn Call, of Chaos, Kiddos & Harmony for an afternoon yoga session, with cocktails included. (Main Tent)
- 6:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner - Food Trucks
- Food trucks will be on site and free to all guests, daily, for dinners. (Food Trucks)
- 8:00pm – 10:00pm Movie & Snack Night With Dometic
- Dometic will be on site, hosting an outdoor movie night with snacks and more! Guests can bring a chair or blanket to join. (Main Tent & Campfires)
Wednesday – January 17th
- 7:00am – 8:00am Yoga
- Join Jayco Ambassador, Gwendolyn Call, of Chaos, Kiddos & Harmony for a morning yoga session. (Main Tent)
- 8:00am – 9:00am Coffee & Donuts
- Coffee and donuts will be available daily. (Main Tent)
- 8:00am – 2:00pm Kids DIY Craft Table
- Crafts will be available daily for kids to swing by throughout the day and do on their own. (Main Tent)
- 9:00am – 2:00pm Tampa RV Show Shuttle
- Free Shuttle service will be on site to pick up owners at 9:00am and take them to the Tampa RV Show. The driver will inform everyone where and when they need to be gathered at the show in order to catch the shuttle back to the Jubilee at 2:00pm. Entry to the show will be free for Jubilee guests. (Jayco Area)
- 2:00pm – 3:00pm Free Time
- 3:00pm – 6:00pm Lippert Cares Volunteer Activity
- Lippert will be on site and coordinating a volunteer activity! Join their team, and ours, indoors to pack bags for the local Boys & Girls Club. This event will include a volunteer tshirt ONLY for those that sign up ahead of time. (Main Tent)
- 6:00pm – 9:00pm Dinner – Food Trucks
- Food trucks will be on site and free to all guests, daily, for dinners. (Food Trucks)
- 8:00pm – 10:00pm Campfire Chats With Lippert
- Join Lippert for chats around the campfire! Bring a chair or blanket. (Campfires)
Thursday – January 18th
80’s Theme Night – Dress Up with Us!

- 10:00am – 4:00pm Field Day
- The week is wrapping up with a good old fashioned, field day! Everyone will be gathering for games all day – Cornhole tournaments, kickball and more. Bragging rights are up for grabs. (Field Day)
- 4:00pm – 5:00pm Yoga – It’s 5 O’clock Somewhere

- Guests will have a chance to swing by and film a testimonial for a chance to be featured on Jayco’s socials, as well as website. Share your story of the Jubilee, but also your love for RVing! (Jayco Area)

- Guests may depart at any time. All guests must be off the property by 12:00pm. Please plan accordingly.
