MIDDLEBURY, IN. – The Jay Flight SLX continues to put family first with a long list of standard features, space-saving floorplans and a family-friendly price tag. The super towable Jay Flight SLX is one of North America's top-selling lightweights, and for 2015 Jayco continues to put value on the map with a series of upgrades loaded into this lightweight lineup.
Perfectly sized for on-the-go fun, the 2015 Jay Flight SLX 7-foot-wide models weigh less than 2,900 pounds, making them towable by most minivans and crossovers. Built at less than nine feet tall and ranging from 16- to 22-foot lengths, select SLX models fit into most residential garages. SLX can sleep up to five thanks to a variety of sleeping arrangements, like convertible dinettes, bunk beds, sleeper sofas and queen-sized beds. For 2015, we’ve added new-style exterior graphics and new interior wall paneling. SLX is available in six floorplans.
Eight-foot-wide models have joined the Jay Flight SLX family for 2015. These “wide-body” models are big on features your family will love, like a 6 cu. ft. refrigerator with temperature controls, tub surround, six-gallon gas DSI water heater and double-bowl kitchen sink with upgraded faucet. Outside features include marine-grade exterior speakers, electric awning, 13,500-BTU roof air conditioner and four stabilizer jacks. Jay Flight SLX wide-body is available in three space-saving floor plans weighing in at less than 7,000 pounds.
In Jay Flight SLX, superior craftsmanship starts at the top with the Jayco-exclusive Magnum Truss Roof System. In a side-by-side test, this advanced roof system was 50 percent stronger than other industry roofs. The Jay Flight SLX lineup boasts even more hidden value. Inside the Amish-crafted cabinetry, customers won't find staple construction, thanks to lumber-core, screwed cabinetry stiles. Other standard construction features include an integrated A-frame, galvanized steel wheel wells and hand-tucked fiberglass insulation.
And because Jayco prides itself on construction, every Jayco RV is backed by an industry-leading, two-year limited warranty — the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. This no-strings-attached warranty is not an extended dealer warranty; it's a manufacturer's warranty that comes from the people who build Jayco RVs. Each Jayco is warranted to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship. It's one of the many ways Jayco provides peace of mind (and more fun) to its customers.
