MIDDLEBURY, IN. – The decision to step into a motorhome has never been easier than it is with the Redhawk Class C. Combining power and durability in an affordable package, Jayco’s 2016 Redhawk is simply more fun. Since its introduction in 2013, the Redhawk continues to boast the best value on the road.
With six floorplans ranging from 26-ft. to 32-ft. in length and 84-inch ceiling heights, the Redhawk provides functionality and flexibility in a compact style. The family-friendly 31XL features bunk beds, while the 23XM features a rear-slide queen bed, functional kitchen and over-cab bunk. Standard features include a booth dinette with laminate top, a 3-burner range with 9,000-BTU SuperBurner and piezo igniter, an 8-cu. ft. refrigerator, and a convection microwave oven to make your camping experience more convenient. The spacious living area is tastefully decorated for an upgraded look.
The Customer Value Package combines more standard features than anything else in this price range with cream-colored fiberglass sidewalls, frameless windows, front-molded seamless fiberglass cap, an electric patio awning, and rear back-up camera and monitor, among others.
For 2016, choose between two interior décor choices to make the Jayco Redhawk uniquely yours. The decors are complete with Honey Cherry cabinetry, nickel hardware, and easy-to-clean vinyl flooring. Other important interior features to note include a dream dinette mechanism which easily raises and lowers the dinette tabletop, and an interior command center. The 2016 Redhawk also features numerous family-friendly components, including TV hookups, 15,000-BTU ducted A/C, exterior storage compartments for plenty of storage, electric-powered double-entrance step, and electric slideouts for more interior room.
Designed to deliver power and a smooth ride, the 2016 Redhawk includes a standard heavy-duty 6.8 liter Ford Triton® V10 305 HP chassis with a 120-amp alternator, 7,500-lb. hitch (with a 750-lb tongue capacity) and a 55-gallon fuel tank (N/A 23X2, 26X1). The 2016 Redhawk also comes standard with the Jayco exclusive JRIDE handling package. This unique package includes a computer-balanced drive shaft, rubber isolation body mounts, and Hellwig® helper springs. Redhawk’s true one-piece seamless fiberglass front cap ensures increased durability and leak protection.
Dedicated to safety, the Redhawk comes fully equipped with a third brake light, driver and passenger air bags, and lap safety belts built into every seating position, keeping everyone in the family safe during the journey. Other noteworthy features include standard frameless windows, and a large pass-through rear storage (select models) to haul all kinds of equipment. Construction features include the Tuffshell® vacuum-bonded laminated sidewalls with a welded aluminum frame core, and trackless carpeting with padding throughout unit.
The 2016 Redhawk raises expectations even higher with an industry-leading, 2-year limited warranty — the most comprehensive warranty in the industry. This no-strings-attached warranty is not an extended dealer warranty; it's a manufacturer's warranty that comes from the people who build Jayco RVs. It's one of the many ways Jayco provides peace of mind (and more fun) to its customers.
