Seneca Motorhome by Jayco Offers Luxury of a Class A Motorhome with the Price Tag of a Class C

MIDDLEBURY, Ind. – The big-on-comfort Seneca motorhome by Jayco®, America’s Most Liveable RVs, offers the luxury and liveability of a Class A motorhome with the price tag and maneuverability of a Class C motorhome.

Ranging in size from an over 35-foot single slide to an almost 37-foot triple slide, the Seneca HD is available in several floorplan designs. The Seneca ZX toy hauler motorhome model is over 35-1/2 feet in length with a single slide with 120-inch by 97-inch interior cargo dimensions and with 91-1/4 inch by 72 inch cargo door dimensions.

All Seneca models are constructed on a 22,000-pound Chevy™ Kodiak® chassis for maximum cargo carrying capacity. It sports a Duramax® V8 turbo diesel engine with 6-speed Allison® 1000 Series transmission with overdrive, 150-amp alternator and 1000-watt engine block heater, along with a 53-degree turning radius and new 19,000-pound rated rear springs that provide a smoother ride and easy drivability.

The Seneca’s interior affords a high level of luxury and comfort. Standard features include Northridge Maple cabinetry, oil-rubbed bronze cabinet hardware, leather hide-a-bed sofa, 32-inch digital LCD TV, J-stone™ solid surface countertops, radius-cornered kitchen counter tops, deep overhead cabinets above the sofa, under bed storage and an 1800-watt inverter with four batteries.

The Seneca HD and ZX both come with a host of upscale “must have” equipment for RVing, including remote keyless entry, one-piece polyethylene pass-through storage compartments, Class A motorhome-style baggage doors, automatic hydraulic leveling jacks, Onan® 6,000-watt quiet diesel generator with auto-changeover and the 12-volt Eclipse™ electric patio awning from Carefree® of Colorado. Safety features include power anti-lock brakes with power steering, deluxe heated remote-control side view mirrors, electronic exhaust restrictor, carbon monoxide/propane alarms and 3-point lap and shoulder safety belts.

The Seneca ZX also offers plenty of storage room for toys and the creature comforts of home, including a large black stainless steel 8-cubic foot refrigerator, range, and microwave; raised panel cabinets and residential-style doors; decorator fabrics and interior appointments. The front cab features remote keyless entry, fully adjustable recliner seats with map pockets and privacy curtains. The optional electric queen bed in the cargo area adds comfort to your stay on the road.

The industrial-strength power lift tailgate on the Seneca ZX has a capacity of up to 1,600 pounds, making it simple to load your motorcycles or ATVs from the ground to the garage in a matter of seconds. The garage is lockable to keep equipment secure at all times.

The Customer Value Package for both models features a back-up audio camera and monitor, plus other customer-oriented items for enhanced RVing enjoyment, such as an exterior entertainment center and portable outside gas grill with carrying case. Also included is a Multi-Media Premium In-Dash Sound System™ featuring AM/FM/CD/DVD, full function remote, satellite radio prep, four upgraded speakers and DVD viewing capabilities on the exterior TV. To further enhance the entertainment center experience, an optional Winegard® roof-mount satellite dish is available.
